“I am disappointed with my recent Expedia booking experience and the way this situation was handled. Prior to my arrival, I was notified that my reservation would be moved to accommodate my delayed baggage. I was specifically assured by an Expedia customer service representative that the necessary arrangements had been made and that the issue would be resolved when I arrived at Hotel Riu Palace Swahili. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the hotel that no such accommodation had been……

“The hotel was beautiful with access to a stunning beach and views. Sunbeds were enough.The rooms were more than comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was varied, plentiful and delicious. The pools were awesome, all four being a standard 1.2m deep. The activities and entertainment was fun and exciting. Wifi was great! There is something for everyone. Superb hotel for adults and kids alike. Access to a 24hr lobby bar, beach bar and 3 themed restaurants with delicious food (booking……

“The rooms were nice. The only downside, no shelves in the bathroom or shower area to lay out your toiletries. The master bedroom didn't have a table to put the suitcases on, always digging out from the floor. Dinner, lunch and breakfast food was good. Beach area was great. You can order drinks or food right from your umbrella. Close to ATM, Minimal and medical facilities.”

“Lovely hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, food excellent! For me a comfortable bed is always key to a great stay and the beds at the Lux Marijani were superb. The beach is very nice and well kept, pool is great for swimming (30m! Length) and also great for playing around. I recommend this hotel highly!”

“Everything about this property was exceptional but there is only one thing that needs improvement. The Check-in process. This resort can be booked using different booking agencies such as Expedia. At the check-in counter, we had three different check-ins going on but hotel was not able to locate the check-in easily. They had to make multiple phone calls to find their booking. Despite having all the proof and evidence, they could not locate the booking in their system. This was happening at……
